What's the difference between verification and an audit?
Verification answers "is this a real, legitimate manufacturer?" An audit answers "how well do they actually produce?" Verify before the first deposit; audit before scaling to programme volumes.
How long does it take?
One full day on site for a typical cluster factory; scored report within 3 working days. Large export houses may need two days.
Can you audit against our own vendor checklist?
Yes — retail chains and brands often supply their own protocol. We execute it alongside or instead of the Qualis framework and report in your format.
Is the audit announced?
A full audit is scheduled — you need the management present and records open. The unannounced layer comes from production monitoring visits afterwards.
