How the process runs
A brief call defines your product, target price band, volumes and destination-market requirements. Within ten working days you receive a shortlist of verified manufacturers—typically three to five—each with a verification summary, capacity notes, cluster context and recommended inspection plan. What happens next is your negotiation; what we sell is the confidence that everyone on the list is real. The fee is fixed and buyer-paid: from $990 for a shortlist of three verified manufacturers, plus $249 for each additional factory verified to the same standard. Factories pay us nothing, so there is no commission on top.
Sourcing agent versus buyer-side shortlisting
Most “sourcing” in India is paid by the factory: the agent earns a commission on what ships, so the incentive is to place your order, not to protect it. Supplier shortlisting inverts that. You pay a fixed fee and the factories pay nothing — no commission, no margin on your unit price, no success fee — which is the only arrangement under which a shortlist can tell you a candidate is wrong. Clause 05 of our Independence Charter firewalls it further: a different inspector signs any later inspection of a factory we shortlisted, and we keep the written right to fail a factory we put forward.
