Finding a lab in India, getting the right samples to it and chasing the result takes weeks from abroad. Three moments it matters most.
Your buyer asks for a test report
A retailer or marketplace wants the report before it lists the product. The order is ready; the report is not.
Rules by marketThe report describes a different piece
A report on a pre-production sample says nothing about a run where the board or the foam changed. Samples from production close that gap.
Substituted panels and formaldehyde rulesA claim needs a lab result
When a shipment is disputed, an inspection photo shows the fault; a lab result can settle what caused it.
What to do with a defective shipmentFurniture testing: what labs test, by market
The tests buyers of Indian furniture are asked for most often. Your customer's own requirements come first; each guide has the detail.

Testing and inspection are different jobs, done by different people. These are the lines between them.
You choose the lab, or we suggest one
If your customer names a lab, we use it. If not, we suggest one accredited for the test (a CPSC-accepted lab for US children's products), and you approve it.
The report is the lab's
Qualis is not a testing laboratory and does not issue test certificates. The report you receive is the one the lab issued.
We check it against your order
Product, model, material and standard must match what the factory is building: the same check we make on supplier certificates at inspection.
