Monitoring replaces the single snapshot with scheduled milestone visits and unannounced checks across the whole window, each one photographed, so the order is watched the way you would watch it if you were standing in the cluster.

The unannounced visit is the part a fly-in inspector cannot offer. Because our inspectors are based in the clusters — minutes from the Jodhpur and Jaipur factories, not a flight away — a check can land on a day the factory did not plan for. That is what keeps subcontracting honest and progress claims accurate: the real answer to “will it make the vessel?” comes from a floor walked without notice, not a status email.

A programme is agreed up front: the milestones that matter for your product, the visit cadence, and the checklist and golden-sample references. Each visit produces a photographed milestone report within 24 hours; unannounced checks are scheduled at our discretion, not the factory’s. Most buyers close the programme with a pre-shipment inspection so the final AQL check lands on the finished, packed goods.
